There's no benefit to being the second lowest cost solution on the market. In fact, being the lowest isn't always a good thing either.
Why not take the opposite approach? Why not be a higher ticket, white-glove solution for businesses? You got the extra mile for your clients to make them special.
This is something I've been learning about (and experimenting with) for the past eight years.
Finally, I decided let's just try doing really high ticket. Let's try going above and beyond. Let's provide a ton of little benefits that other people don't provide.
Things like project management software the client can see, a 'thank you' card with a gift after people signup, 24/7 access to our personal phones (this actually works well believe it or not), and a number of other cool things.
The result? People who love us. Not just as their digital marketing solution but also as people. We send memes back and forth, joke, and have fun. It makes a world of difference!
