It's never easy but negative comments are the price you pay to follow your dream and passion online. You WILL get negative comments. It's just a fact. It doesn't matter how attractive, charismatic, passionate, you are about your topic or industry.
It happens to everyone. Instead of giving it energy I challenge you to just not care or pay attention. I usually respond to them in a positive manor; however, if you're not as thick skinned I suggest just blocking them and moving on.
Letting someone else dictate how you feel toward what you're doing isn't right and you don't deserve that. Do what you love and damn the haters!
